Glo Baby Glo [UV-reactant] from Primark (a store in London known for its quick fashion)

This polish look was inspired by Cupcakes and Cashmere (on left).  I recreated it using American Apparel’s L Esprit and SEPHORA by OPI’s Only Gold For Me topcoat, for a manicure that makes me feel like spring, even as the weather gets colder.
